At Digital Task Force, LLC, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital solutions and services. Due to the nature of our digital products and custom development services, our return policy differs from traditional retail policies.

This policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds, cancellations, and modifications may be requested for our products and services.

Digital Products

1.1 Non-Refundable Items

Due to the nature of digital products, the following items are generally non-refundable once delivered:

  • Downloadable software and digital assets
  • Access credentials to online platforms or services
  • Custom-developed code or applications
  • Consulting services already rendered

1.2 Exceptions

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

  • Technical issues preventing product functionality that cannot be resolved within 14 days
  • Product significantly differs from description provided at time of purchase
  • Duplicate charges or billing errors

Custom Development Services

2.1 Project Cancellation

Clients may cancel custom development projects under the following terms:

  • Before project commencement: Full refund of deposit minus 10% administrative fee
  • During discovery phase: 50% refund of total project cost
  • During development phase: Charges apply for work completed to date
  • After delivery: No refunds available

2.2 Scope Changes

Changes to project scope after commencement may result in additional charges. All scope modifications must be documented and approved in writing by both parties before implementation.

3.2 Required Information

Please include the following information in your refund request:

  2. 2.Date of purchase
  3. 3.Detailed reason for refund request
  4. 4.Supporting documentation (if applicable)

3.3 Processing Time

Refund requests are typically reviewed within 5-7 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days and credited to the original payment method.

Subscription Services

For ongoing subscription-based services:

  • Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time with 30 days written notice
  • No refunds for partial months or unused portions of subscription periods
  • Access continues until the end of the current billing cycle
  • Annual subscriptions may be eligible for prorated refunds if cancelled within first 60 days

Warranty and Support

All custom development projects include a warranty period as specified in the project agreement. During this period, we will address any bugs or issues at no additional cost. The warranty does not cover:

  • Issues caused by third-party modifications
  • Changes to hosting environment or infrastructure
  • New feature requests or scope additions
  • Force majeure events or circumstances beyond our control
